"Penelope"

A lovely matching set of browband and Cane, the red velvet band is covered by a crisp silver crystal pattern, and a slight white velvet weave borders the band. The rosette has two tiers of Pleated velvet, each one bordered by a crystal piece with a delicate white floral centre. The flag is not to be outdone with red velvet on each side and a silver center, touched off with a crystal tip.
