The browband is red and cream, mixing satin with velvet. The band is woven with red satin and covered in a red alternate clear crystal single chain border, weaving a cream velvet through the crystal to break up the lines and give a softer effect. The red and cream velvet is set off with a red alternate clear crystal border around the rosette, the flag is bordered with red satin, and a velvet red strip over the top, the senter is flared with rhinestone finish.
