"Blue Moon"

A Black Swiss Velvet is wound around the band and the chain, which is silver crystal, and breaks the rules by weaving gold on each border of the band. It looks great. The flag has a golden pleat under a black floral center and an effective gold and crystal border. The flags have a plain Black velvet ribbon and a silver rhinestone center; gold metallic ribbon borders the black velvet.
