"Electric Blue"

Royal Blue and Black Swiss velvet. It works! The diamond-shaped chain is woven in 3 ml black velvet, over a black velvet band. A thick royal blue velvet ribbon is carefully woven through the band to give a soft flow. A three tier rosett of black and royal blue velvet is bordered with a silver crystal with a dominating silver crystal centre. the flsag is decorated with Black and blue velvet and part of the silver crystal chain for that regal effect.
