A complex design, the band is wound in Royal blue velvet, then 3mm of white velvet is used to weave the clear, red, and blue chain into the band. The rosette is layered in 3 tier,s bordered with a silver and clear crystal ring and matching clear and red floral center. The flag is bordered with royal blue and white ribbon, centered with red and blue rhinstones and finished with a silver crystal tip.
