A beautiful browband for those on a budget. The band is wound in Swiss Emerald ribbon with a clear rhinestone band sewn to the browband. There are three tiers of emerald pleated ribbon bordered by a clear crystal ring and a gorgeous crystal center. The flag is emerald velvet with clear rhinestone embellishment and a crystal tip.
