A Lilac Swiss velvet band, using a 3mm silver ribbon to weave a purple and clear rhinestone chain on the band. The rosette has a violet and lilac pleated velvet bordered in a silver crystal ring and a silver crystal center, the flag has a three-tier pleated violet and lilac velvet bordered with a silver crystal ring and a silver crystal center.
