A band more budget-friendly, with a royal blue velvet band under a clear rhinestone band covering a red velvet horizontal ribbon. The rosette has two levels of red and royal pleated ribbon, bordered by a silver crystal ring and a floral silver crystal center. The flag is bordered with Royal blue velvet with a metallic 3mm ribbon and a silver rhinestone center with a silver crystal tip.
