A Lilac Swiss velvet band with a 3mm lilac velvet ribbon weaving into a clear and navy crystal center of the band. The rosette has a three-tier layer of pleated lilac and navy pleated velvet ribbon. The flag is bordered with lilac ribbon with clear and navy crystals in the center and a crystal tip.
