A lovely cream velvet wound around the band with 3mm cream satin winding the Crystals onto the band. The rosette has three layers of pleated ribbonbordered with a gold crystal ring with a crystal floral center. The flags are bordered with cream velvet, centered with a bright green center ribbon and crystal embellishment, and a crystal tip.
