The rosette has two layers of pleated ribbon in gold and navy velvet, bordered with a decorative gold crystal ring, centered with a red floral satin to soften the overall look. The flag is bordered in Navy velvet ribbon over a red satin base, centered with blue rhinestone ribbon and a crystal tip.
